This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund or return for habit tracking guides purchased from Refreshshinekne through refreshshinekne.world. 1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold by Refreshshinekne are digital downloads delivered in PDF format. Because our habit tracking guides are intangible digital content, special rules apply to returns and refunds under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch implementation thereof. By placing an order and requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that you understand the digital nature of our products.

2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

However, for contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have expressly consented to the beginning of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal. 3. Refund Eligibility

Even after consenting to immediate delivery, Refreshshinekne may offer refunds in the following circumstances at our discretion:

3.1 Technical Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your purchased habit tracking guide within forty-eight hours of payment confirmation due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery at your choice. Please contact us with your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

3.2 Corrupted or Defective Files

If the digital file you receive is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened on standard PDF readers, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue within five business days, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

3.3 Duplicate Purchases

3.4 Significant Product Misdescription

4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

5. Refund Process

6. Partial Refunds

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with Refreshshinekne may result in suspension of your access to purchased guides and future purchase restrictions. We will provide all relevant transaction and delivery records to payment processors to resolve disputes fairly.

9. Your Statutory Rights in the Netherlands

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law.
